Well, well, well. We had some major goes and major ho ho’s last night (cough, Halle Berry). Mermaids and reds and neutrals gone mad. Here are my top five picks for best dressed last night!
First, we have Nicole Richie. I patiently waited to see her look after stalking her instagram all day. She wins as my number one. Her dress was designed by Naeem Khan and had a retro glam look. I really loved the fit and uniqueness of this gown. The color was so different from what we saw last night, which was mostly shades of red. She completed the look with some icey makeup and a Harlow handbag. She looked absolutely stunning.
Next up, Miss Danes. Holy shit, are you sure you just gave birth? Homegirl was smokin’ hot last night. I have mixed feelings about her as a person and always feel she might be a little batshit cray but… she looked incredible. The color was the perfect pop for this blondie in Versace. The cut, the fit, the draping and detail were all so incred.
Sofia, sofia, sofia. You are so lucky that you are so smokin’. She looked perfect BUT I really wish she would try something new. Nonetheless, she killed it… as usual.
Nicole Kidman in McQueen was my favorite edgier look of the night. It showed just enough skin to be bold and not trashy. (cough Halle Berry).
Goddess, Megan Fox could do no wrong in my eyes, so maybe I am a little bias. But, she also looks fantastic for someone who just popped out a human being. I loved seeing all of the neutral earth tones on the red carpet (Isla Fisher also looked great). Megan wore Dolce so well and looked so classy, even with her tatted up back. The lace detail and mermaid silhouette made the perfect fit for her perfect little body.
THE PENNILESS PRINCESS
